The hotel's central location is ideal for budget travelers who want to explore the city as it is within walking distance of all the main attractions and close to the center. the rooms offer a beautiful view of the surrounding area but may be noisy at night as they are adjacent to the street. the breakfast was delicious and the staff were attentive to our needs and very friendly. the public spaces and interior gardens were peaceful and comfortable.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - it was very close to everything, right in front of the church on the main street. I was able to walk to all the sights easily. Secondly, the staff was so friendly and attentive, they really made me feel at home. The basic amenities in the rooms were great, and I loved that there was more furniture than just the beds. And lastly, the breakfast was delicious every morning - it was such a nice way to start the day.

Lovely atmosphere and great amenities! The hotel is located in a fantastic area and provides a beautiful courtyard and pool area for all guests to enjoy. We loved the breakfast that was provided, as well as the friendly staff that made us feel welcomed. the hot water was a plus and the rooms were clean and spacious.

The street noise can be a bit loud, especially at night, so be sure to request a room that is not facing the main road. It was also a bit inconvenient to have to ask for permission to enter and leave the hotel, but this was a minor issue in comparison to the other great aspects of this spot.

Spent Christmas with my family and Casa La Merced was perfect for us. the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with air conditioning and fans to keep us comfortable. the staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was excellent. We loved the swimming pool and the hammocks, which was a great place to relax and soak up the sun. the location was ideal for exploring the city, with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby.
